Qualification:

-       Degree(s)/Major(s): MBA

-       Any additional Technical Qualification/ Degree will be a plus

-       Certification(s): PMP, Banking domain trainings

 

Requirements

-       Overall 2-3 years of experience in project management/business analysis

-       Experience with alternate delivery channels in banking sector including working of branchless banking domain is a plus.

-       Experience of telco infrastructure and working is a plus.

-       MBA with preferably 2+ years of experience in Product Development.

-       Ability to come up with new ideas and products having a strong business acumen and understanding with a good understanding of banking technologies as well.

-       Excellent oral/written communication skills as well as presentation skills is a must.

-       Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office application software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)

-       Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a fast paced cross functional environment and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.

-       Strong organizational and time-management skills.

-       Self Directed and solution oriented

-       Understanding of Branchless Banking domain

-       Must have ability to travel for longer periods domestically and internationally
