“Dewan’s MT Program “Leaders for Tomorrow” is a 6 months long program in which MTs are rotated to different areas within a business division, unit or corporate function to perform specific tasks and responsibilities. The rotation would give MTs the width of experience and exposure to help them understand their niche and how they would want to advance their careers in Dewan Group of Companies. As a MT, candidate will have ample opportunities to be exposed to various business operations and supporting functions.
