We offer two types of Internship Programmes

  1. Summer Internship Programme (between May to July)
  2. Year Round Internship Programme


The objectives of our programmes are to provide an opportunity to the students to:

  1. gain a glimpse / exposure to the practical corporate culture
  2. know the difference between theory and practice
  3. enhance their academic and personal growth
  4. to introduce our company to them
  5. attract top talent for future employment and identify potential resources
  6. offer a promising career in the insurance industry


These programmes are offered to students during or after their bachelor programme or masters programme.


The minimum duration of the programmes is 2 weeks and extending upto 8 weeks.

About the UBL Management Trainee Program:

 The Management Trainee Program is an entry level developmental program that is generally conducted once a year. UBL implemented its Management Trainee Program in 2003 with 40 trainees from across Pakistan.  It has continued to grow and expand, with approximately 20 trainees hired annually from diverse universities.


The Management Trainee Program’s objective is to recruit highly motivated and qualified individuals who have the potential to excel as future leaders of UBL. Eligibility Criteria

 -         MBA

-         CGPA – minimum 3.0 (Students Graduating in Spring 2012 can also Apply)

-         Age – not exceeding 28 years


Salary Package:

 PKR 37,000 starting salary. This does not include benefits such as Festival (Eid) Allowances, Prize Money for successfully completing Institute of Banker’s examinations, and Performance Bonuses. Furthermore, benefits include Medical, Gratuity, Provident Fund, and Discounted Staff Consumer Loans.

A commercial bank with branch network spread all over Pakistan, invites applications from competent professionals with proven track record for the following positions.

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad. CA/ ACCA/ CIMA finalist or articles completed/ MBA (banking & finance) with preferably 3-5 years of banking internal/ external audit experience with financial risk and system audit expertise. This position will be responsible for conducting audits of divisions/ branches across business region. The ideal candidate should be well conversant with the SBP’s prudential regulations and prevalent banking practices.



Karachi. MCS/ BCS/ BS-IT with minimum 5years of experience in core banking system. Major responsibilities are as follows:

-  Hands on experience for the troubleshooting of Hardware, UNIX & related drivers, databases & related software.

-  Work with end users to gather business requirements, prepare and present specifications with testing, implementation and support of applications.



Karachi. ACCA/ ACMA/ MBA (FIN) or other relevant professional qualification with 3-5years of experience of risk management in financial institution. Operational Risk officer will be responsible for management or operational risk and development & implementation of operational risk policies, procedures. Tools and MIS.
