– Fresh Graduate (of Bachelors/Masters program) to about 3 years experience
– Note: Area of Study in Bachelors/Masters Program is not relevant

Practical Learning:

Recruitment Executives are trained in Recruitment by Career Pakistan:
• A Career Pakistan Trainer trains the Recruitment Executives on how to do Recruitment (Executive Search)
• As a part of their training, Recruitment Executives are given junior positions at select companies in Pakistan and abroad for finding potential candidates. Simultaneously, they receive real-time feedback and ongoing training from the Career Pakistan Trainer.
• The complexity of the positions advances with time and development of skills.


• Recruitment Executives start receiving monetary compensation upon successful completion of their basic training (expected time: 2 weeks).  The amounts mentioned below are provided based on meeting performance standards.
• Salary during a probation period of expected 3 months duration is Rs. 10,000 per month.
• Subsequently: Upon confirmation of employment, the Recruitment Executives receive Rs. 20,000 per month.
