We are looking for highly motivated, passionate and ever-ready young individual to join our family in our Operation ( 24*7) and APD (Application Delivery & Projects Department. Positions with brief job description along with requirement is given below.

Asst. Customer Support Analyst – Operation Department

 Duties include performing daily procedures and end-of-day processes, executing file transfers with Euronet’s client banks, and escalating problems based on Euronet’s Escalation Procedures.  The Operator is responsible for completing these duties in a timely manner to keep the system up and running. The Operator is responsible to monitor all the production subsystems, all the production bank connections, and all production servers. 

Desired Education                    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

Reports to                                Manager – Operations

Department:                             Operation

Role:                                        Temp to Regular

Experience:                              Fresh / 1-2 years’ experience would be preferred

 

Technical Support Analyst – Operation Department

 The position is responsible for providing initial software application support to customer inquiries and problems, assessing the nature of customer problems, and tracking and reporting resolution of problem to customer. The CSTA provides second level software application support specializing in a specific Euronet Product line. This role also will also be responsible for providing technical guidance, consultation and support for Customer Support Representatives. Duties are performed under general supervision.

Experience:                               1-2 years’ experience would be preferred

 

Application Consultant – Application Delivery & Project Department

 The position is to provide technical owner to business applications operated at ENPK Operations Center. This covers both the ITM system and other “satellite” systems related to Euronet’s core activity when they are handed over to Application team, such as EWIDT, Automation, and AMA etc. The Application consultant is ultimately responsible for ensuring there are as few problems as possible in the system, or problems are identified and fixed in time. Key to the position is appropriate communication with the local Euronet operations as internal clients, and an understanding of customer business and technical environment. The person provides incident management and strives to close all open issues, generating a Root Cause Analysis document whenever customer impact occurred.  He /She manages changes introduced to the system and handles system housekeeping and archiving.

o    Must be able to multi-task, and manage time constraints and make deadlines.
